Superior Needle-punched felt surface grabs and holds your area rug, promoting rug evenness while preventing bunching, creeping, and curling at corners. A Rich, dense felt core helps soften rug feel while preventing floor damage. Grooved natural rubber backing grabs floor and prevents rug movement.
Our signature 12-ounce jet black natural rubber backing is reinforced with an additional 5 ounces/square yard of heat-pressed natural rubber face coat. This second coating reinforces non-skid properties while preventing premature flaking and deterioration common to many low-cost latex pads.

DO I NEED A NON-SLIP PAD OR A CUSHION PAD?
Non-slip pads are best for high-traffic areas such as foyers and hallways, where thin rugs and runners are prone to slipping and sliding. Our cushion pads add a plush layer for large rugs already anchored by furniture, such as living and dining rooms. Should you decide you need a degree of both grip and cushioning, opt for a felt and rubber pad.
WHICH FLOOR TYPES IS SUPERIOR LOCK SAFE FOR?
Superior Lock is made with a reinforced natural rubber backing and is designed to avoid common problems such as floor staining or sticking that can occur with many traditional plastic pads. Natural rubber is made to grip floors rather than stick to floors. Natural rubber contains very low off gassing properties when compared to imported PVC, which can often contain plasticizers that can react with your floor finish or end up sticking to floors. Always be sure to follow your flooring manufacturer's instructions and wait at least one month after refinishing your floors before putting down pads. It works well on all floors and even carpet.
How long will my order take?
The rugs are made to order and normally take around 10 business days to be made.
Do you ship to Canada?
Unfortunately we can not ship to Canada as the License for the products is only for the USA and shipping costs ae very expensive.
Can I return my order?
While you can return most products we stress that you choose carefully as the rugs are made to order and a restocking fee will be applied. Some products can not be returned for buyers regret.
What if my order is damaged?
In the off chance your item is damaged just let us know and we will organize a replacement asap
Are the products made in the USA?
The rugs are made here in the USA while some of the other products are brought in from other countries they are all shipped out of the USA.
Are the products licensed?
All of our products are officially licensed. All the designs have been signed off by the leagues and the teams.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order, If the return is not a result of a manufacturer defect or error, there may be a 20% restocking fee. If any errors occur, please reach out to us via email and we will get it corrected asap. Our rugs are made to order so please make sure you choose the one you want or let us know ASAP as it may not be possible to change the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know which supplier to send the item back too.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Once an order is placed we send the order to our suppliers. Rugs are made once your order has been placed and take 2-3 weeks to be shipped. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
