All rugs are made to order specifically for you! Please allow 2 weeks for shipping.
Holiday Shipping
Want to receive your rug before Christmas? All rugs must be ordered before Monday, December 5th to ensure enough time for arrival.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're unsatisfied with your rug, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. All returns will need approval.
In the rare event a mistake was made or damage occurs during the shipping process, we will schedule a pickup of the incorrect item, and exchange it for a correct item as quickly as possible.
